Citizens' Salary Commission
Background: The Citizens Salary Commission shall have the duty as determined by the Commission to review and set the salaries of County Elected Officials. This commission consists of ten members serving four-year staggered terms. Six of the positions shall be randomly selected by the County Auditor, with 2 from each of the Council Member districts and the remaining four representing: business, professional personnel mgmt., legal profession, organized labor. Guiding documents are RCW 36.17.024, Ordinance 4-2006, Resolution 20-2006.
